The City of London Corporation selected us to design and manage a bespoke training suite for their fast-growing project delivery community. We designed fifteen training modules combining CoLC's internal project processes with APM professional standards.
Each module includes eLearning videos, slide packs, guidance documents, and short multiple-choice tests to consolidate learning and confirm outcomes. Staff have 24/7 access from anywhere, backed by live online tutor sessions.
