A two-in-one APM training programme for Algeco
A hybrid course that combined APM PMQ fundamentals with practitioner-level PPQ. The course was built so a mixed audience could get the right depth of training on a single programme. Algeco booked further cohorts.
The Brief
One programme, mixed audience
Algeco is a leading supplier of modular building solutions with a sizeable population of technical and project staff. Senior operations and HR wanted structured development for project staff, aligned to APM standards. The complication: many staff had not had formal PM training before, while others were seasoned practitioners.
Running two separate courses would have doubled the schedule and split the community. We took a different route.

The Outcome
A course Algeco wanted to run again
The hybrid model trained a mixed-experience community in one go, without watering down either the foundational or the practitioner content. Algeco was pleased enough with the first cohort to book further ones.
The clearest signal that a bespoke course works is the second purchase order coming through.
