Shell needed one platform to host the competence frameworks they had built, run assessments against them, and feed evidence into formal accreditation. They chose us to build it. The brief covered design, implementation, testing, global launch and ongoing support.

The Outcome
Live globally since January 2018
The platform went live across Shell's global operation in January 2018. The Shell Project Academy runs on it. So does Shell's recognised route to APM Chartered Project Professional, the much shorter pathway we helped Shell secure with the APM.
We are still working with Shell. The platform has evolved alongside the Shell Project Academy as it has grown, and Shell remains one of our longest-standing clients.
