Marshall ADG, the aerospace defence group, selected The Project Academy for a package of work with a four-month delivery window. The brief covered community engagement, role profiling, line manager training, independent reviews and a final capability report.
Four months for that scope is a tight timeline. We treated it as a project from day one.

The assessment project landed on time and the report gave Marshall ADG a clear baseline of capability and a roadmap forward. Marshall ADG then brought us back to design and deliver a PM master class programme as the next step.
